Overview

Complete Care Acupuncture and Wellness, LLC uses text messaging (SMS) only for patient-requested communication and operational purposes. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

1. Conversational SMS (Phone-Based Requests)

Customers may opt in to receive text messages by providing verbal consent during a phone call.

During the call, the caller is asked if they would like to receive a text message with requested information, such as a link to our booking page, or a link to a page of our website. If they agree, a text message is sent in response to that request.

• Message type: conversational / customer care
• Purpose: respond to a specific request (e.g., booking link)
• Frequency: varies based on user interaction
• Message and data rates may apply
• To opt out: reply STOP at any time
• For assistance: reply HELP

These messages are not used for marketing.

2. Appointment Reminders and Notifications

Appointment reminders and related notifications are sent through our electronic health record system, Jane App.

• Patients must opt in separately to receive these messages
• Message frequency varies based on appointments and scheduling
• Message and data rates may apply
• Patients may opt out at any time through available options

Consent to receive these messages is independent of consent for conversational SMS.

3. Consent and Data Use

By providing consent to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS communications related to your request or care.

• We do not share or sell your personal information, including phone numbers, for marketing purposes
• Phone numbers are used only for the purposes described above
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or treatment

4. Supported Carriers

SMS delivery is supported by most major U.S. carriers but is not guaranteed in all areas or on all networks
